Year AHead 2020 Forecast

Aries: in 2020 your focus is and should be on your responsibilities, your career and the rebooting of your ambitions.  If you concentrate and focus on those things you should find that by years end you’re famous or receiving a windfall of profits! Shed unnecessary loyalties and responsibilities.  This year you’re in charge. 

Taurus: How can you not notice the planet Uranus changing your life and doing so with speed.  It’s as if you see things and your role in the world completely differently.  Realizing there’s no time like today, you seize the moment and come up with masterful ideas to change your life.  You’re off on so many tangents this year and all lead your to one place, success. 

Gemini: It hasn’t been fun, but most of you have gotten through the worst of it and are by far stronger and more courageous.  Don’t get mad, don’t get even you gain by rallying others to your side this year if you can hold back your shadowy self and see things differently. If silence is golden then you have been 24 karat gold. How much longer can you keep your tongue tied?   

Cancer: You’re not a moving target for people to throw darts at, you’re that person everyone loves and wants to be.  Sure, you’ve had to duck and dive and crawl back into your shell on occasion but isn’t knowing where you stand with others a good thing. Your popularity increases this year, and your rise to the top is assured. That’s if you don’t make another rise and forget about yourself. 

Leo: by years end, you’ll be a pro at fixing things and fixing things for others too.  To avoid making things more difficult by arguing, fighting, and making others feel well, worthless.  There I said it.  You have a knack for picking people up, dusting them off and setting them upright.  Do it without asking for anything in return. 

Virgo: you see everything as a reflection on you, even the kids. If they succeed, so do you. You also see your love interests in the same way, but wait; something’s wrong with that picture.  Are you sure you’re proud of him or her?  You might be overly protective of him or her.  Love, romance, and your passions continue to get you in trouble. 

Libra: As a cardinal Sun sign, a nice way to say bossy, you can move mountains, and you might half to literally, this year.  You might be in charge of changing family dynamics and getting your finances in order.  The planets ask you, No, the planets demand that you become self-sufficient and escape relying on others this year. 

Scorpio: You’re ok, no really, you need to get your thoughts in order, and always remember where you put things and what you said to people.  At times conversations move so fast that before you know, things get said that you shouldn’t have said.  Be careful Scorpio; people have very long memories this year.

Sagittarius: You might be this year’s self-made man or self-made woman. You’re in charge of the money, and people might invest in your startup business or give you an absurdly amount of money and a budget to work with.  Well, therein lays the problem, budgeting.  You’ll have to account for your spending this year.

Capricorn: This is your year, and the pressure is on.  Have you trained hard for the marathon of all times?  With some heavy hitters like Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in your Sun sign, the stress and pressure is on and doesn’t show any signs of letting up.   As long as you don’t lose your cool under pressure, while commuting or allow others to get under your skin,  you’ll grow from the experience into greatness.  

Aquarius:  The rare conjunction of the Capricorn planet is in your 12^th house, and it’s all about karmic completions, shedding the past like a cocoon and becoming the gorgeous butterfly that you are inside. Oh, you think you’re already a butterfly.  Just wait!  One day you’ll wake and realize who you are, and that happens this year. 

Pisces: You realize this year that you’re the one people want to be friends with and hang around.  It’s time to get rid of anyone you have nothing in common with anymore because you’ve changed.  Although you might be tempted occasionally to go back to people who don’t believe in you,  it pays to do your own thing and let others follow you.  You are the zodiac’s Pied Piper in 2020.

The planets Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto will conjoin one another in Capricorn throughout 2020.  Since there will be so many planets in the sign of Capricorn, we need to understand the sign of Capricorn fully.  It’s a cold wintery Sun sign, dry feminine, negative, and given to melancholy but a sign that thrives under self-induced pressure!   Will you pressure or push yourself in 2020?  The ruler of the sign of Capricorn is the planet Saturn, its detriment is the Moon, the planet of its exaltation is Mars, and its Fall is Jupiter.  We know in 2o20 Mars will retrograde in Aries another Cardinal Sun sign.  Not so bad because Mars is exalted in Capricorn.  The planets Mars and Saturn tend to align for good or bad together, both being considered malefic planets.  If you’re going to be good and work hard then you’re going to be good and work hard.  If you’re inclined to be bad, evil or corrupt, you’re going to do that in 2020.   Character determines everything.  The sign of Capricorn belongs to the Earth triplicity.  This means one of the three Earth signs.  The glyph or symbol for Capricorn is the mountain goat or in ancient times half goat and half fish symbolizing the spiritual into the material.  In 2020, special care needs to be taken to your teeth, bones, knees, and hydration.  This year you decide what kind of person you’re going to be.  Character determines everything in 2020. 

The highlights of the Capricorn Stellium begin with the 32-37-year Saturn-Pluto conjunction cycle that last occurred in 1982 in the sign of Libra and will occur on January 12, 2020, and will end December 17-21, 2020 when Jupiter and Saturn cross over from the sign of Capricorn into the sign of Aquarius near the Winter Solstice.  The Capricorn stellium involves both Saturn-Pluto conjunction and Jupiter-Saturn conjunction.  The former is a 32-37-year planetary synodic cycle and the latter is a 20-year synodic cycle. 

The Jupiter-Saturn cycle is a well-known astrological cycle associated with major social reforms and sweeping social changes.  By year-end, the planets Jupiter and Saturn transiting into the sign of Aquarius may mark the emergence of a new world leader or groundbreaker.  A maverick who comes onto the world’s stage and brings the world together in some way.  Will that person, be you?   Or will it be a new technology that unites us? 

In the past, it’s been a person like John F. Kennedy Jr, who took us to the Moon, The Beatles and their cultural revolution guided through us through tumultuous and unfair times with their music, the coming of age of the TV,  and even a singer like Elvis Presley who breached cultural and social divides.  It seemed shocking at first and the older generation of the day was not thrilled.  In the 1960’s it was the hippie movement, free love and a peace symbol that brought us together.  I am sure you can think of many more things!  Saturn briefly enters the sign of Aquarius right after the Spring Solstice on March 21^st but retrogrades back into the sign of Capricorn on July 1^st.  It will be interesting to note who bursts on to the scene, starts to make a splash or is out big new influencer!   It will also be interesting to see what new innovations, like self-driving cars, personal airplanes or hover crafts will completely change our lives this time around.  There will be something that changes our lives! 

If you’re an investor or have investments in the stock markets or like to gamble, you’ll need to be very careful in 2020.  Taking risks or investing in the stock markets is ruled in general by the sign of Leo.  Just like in 2019 the markets have reacted to political situations, trade wars, and tweets.  Politics will influence the credit markets and the stock markets.  The markets may begin to go up on Feb. 25^th and peak to a high on Friday, March 6^th -March 9^th, 2020 then correct through March 26^th.
