Virgo: (Aug. 24-Sep. 23):Happy September! It starts with your Solar Return! Your yearly visit from the Sun! This month you get used to a slower pace as the outer planets are retrograde, including Saturn Rx, which is the last planet we can see with the naked eye. On Sept. 10, Uranus S RX in Gemini at 5° goes stationary Retrograde until Feb. 8, 2027, at Uranus leaves retrograde shadow on May 25, 2027, at 5°42′.
That fast-moving energy of Neptune Rx and Saturn Rx in Aries, along with Uranus in Gemini, made you move faster; now it is slower. You get to think instead of being spontaneous. So, enjoy these months when you can make deals, buy time, ask for a discount, and get your finances together. Squeezed in between the signs of Aries and Gemini is Taurus, a money-oriented sign. Hopefully you've made some progress on the job front or put energy into your career, professional life or getting ahead. But maybe you're just enjoying the good life with Jupiter in your 12th house and winding down an 11 year cycle.

With the Sun and Mercury in Virgo your Sun sign, a hard-working, analytical sign devoted to precision and perfection, another important thing is happening. If you remember, Virgo was where the South Node transited since early 2025 that’s changed. The South Node in Virgo, the dragon's tail, has the energy of Neptune; it's dreamy, naïve, too trusting, unrealistic, procrastinates, and avoids things. Another thing: when the energy of Virgo isn't working hard, fixing things, or staying busy, it tends to look around and create chaos, arguments, conflicts, and drama instead of getting to the important work of life.

Well, that's all changed! The South Node is not in Virgo anymore! Here comes the Sun and clever Mercury who are not in Virgo your Sun sign ! The Sun is the blinding light that sheds light on your Virgo journey, it gives you life and warms you up. The Sun in Virgo is punctual, hard-working, analytical, and health-oriented, and it rules your job, neighbors, rituals, daily routine, maintaining your good looks and health, conflicts, dysfunctional relationships, pets, and staying busy. Maybe you weren't so focused on these things, but now you are! The Sun brings you back to who you are reminding you to be confident and independent.

Sept. 10 Venus enters Scorpio (Detriment), where she influences your relationships, marriage opportunities, and your view of love, money, and beauty. In Scorpio, it's the most magnetic and sexiest part of you that gets the attention. Money hints at the possibilities, and Venus goes to the highest bidder; here and now, it's hard not to mix romance with money and have it be transactional. So, Venus brings out the big guns and wants to know “What’s in it for me?”  

Sept. 10 Mercury enters Libra, where charm, flirtatiousness, and chattiness mix, but wait, Mars is still in noncommittal Cancer, where he needs a hug and maybe more, but then needs to go home to his family.

On Sept. 10, Uranus S RX in Gemini at 5° stationary; retrograde until Feb. 8, 2027. At 1°41', Uranus leaves retrograde shadow on May 25, 2027, at 5°42′. What does that mean to you? Simply put, check your free natal birth chart for planets between 1°-5° as this is where Uranus demands that you do things differently or where Uranus will suddenly change things in your life, inexplicably and without warning. Uranus in the 10th house pulls you to the top on some cosmic breeze and places you at the head of the class where everyone can see you. Mercury in Libra inconjuncts the wounded healer Chiron Rx in Taurus at 0°, where things start or are born in the sign of Taurus. Mercury wants to work things out, get back into financial balance, or feel comfortable again. This aspect feels like a tight pair of shoes or clothing, and the need to feel comfortable. The sign of Taurus wants to feel comfortable. Virgo needs more money to make their dreams come true!

And on Sept. 10th, it's the New Moon in Virgo at 18°in your Sun sign! Its yet another new pull towards letting go and being independent. Check your Free natal birth chart for planets, house cusps, and asteroids at 18°. With the help of an invisible force you get an opportunity for a new job, temporary job, or a part time job. Maybe it's an activity where you can make your own time or work at your own pace.
For two weeks, it's the Virgo energy that guides you forward until Sept. 26, the Full Moon in Aries at 3°. The Full Corn Moon. Check your Free natal Birth chart for planets, house cusps, and asteroids at 18°. The Full Moon asks an important question, “How far have you come?" You ask in return, "How far have I come, and since when?” Astrology says since Saturn was in Aries at 3°, the week of March 12th -19th. So, you may be going over things that happened way back on March 12th-19th, or something from that period is starting to conclude or end. The Full Moon stares things down in your painful 8th house. Maybe you've spent or wasted too much money trying to impress or appease a child or love, or trying to make yourself happier.

Let me jog your memory; here's what was going on March 12th- 19th.

Sept.22 The Sun in Virgo inconjuncts the wounded healer Chiron Rx in Aries at 29°, the fated degree and the degree of unfinished business or having to finish something that causes pain. Now that Chiron Rx is back in the sign of Aries at 29°, there's a sense of urgency to matters. You realize it's time to get serious about many things. Money is one of them but also feeling loved and not purposely putting yourself in situations to be rejected. Ouch!
Now, read carefully. The Virgo Sun is under the horizon on the natural zodiac wheel, hits the natural 7th house cusp, and enters Libra in the upper portion of the natural zodiac wheel, and some of you will make big changes. Maybe you walk away from your job, or maybe you meet your next love. Not only is 29° a critical degree, but planets (in this case the Sun) coming from the 6th house into the 7th house from the bottom of the chart to the upper portion of the chart is equally important and significant.

Sept. 22: Happy Fall Equinox. As the Sun enters Libra, it is the moment each year when the Sun appears directly above Earth's equator, marking the official start of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere.
Libra rules beauty, charm, getting along with others, balance, relationships, marriage, and partnerships. It’s finding the person or people who see you as you see yourself. In your 2nd house of money, wealth, what you spend on and how those things make you feel. An expense purse or car makes you fee a certain way right? Seeing someone else with an expensive purse or car also makes you feel a certain way! You probably want to save and are far more cautious about large purchases because your money can disappear; you can invest and lose; or you can buy something that's a bottomless pit or comes with expenses. It's the same things in love you can invest your time, and your soul and lose too. ©

The Sun in Libra trines Pluto RX in Aquarius at 3° favorable for rekindling friendships and romances with an ex!
Sept.26 The Full Moon in Aries at 3°in your 8th house. The 8th house is a challenging house in astrology, but it builds strength and courage. What happens to you in the 8th house you vow never to let happen again. The Full Corn Moon. Check your Free natal birth chart for planets, house cusps, and asteroids at 18°. This Full Moon is the culmination of your activities or hard work since the New Moon in Virgo. But it can also be the culmination or start of a culmination of things you started way back in March 2026. Read above. Will it be the ending of the Iran War? Probably not, because it has already been predicted that this is a never-ending war, and Saturn Rx is still retrograde in your 8th house. Here you face your mortality and endings, your insecurities in the face of another, and your neediness and fears. The changes we undergo through the 8th house compel us to look more deeply into the hidden aspects of ourselves, our shadowy side, and explore life and all its mysteries.

The month ends with the planets Mercury and Mars changing signs and both entering fixed signs! These two planets rule your mental state and action.
