Capricorn: (Dec. 22-Jan. 21): As your free horoscope and astrology week gets underway, the Moon starts in serious Capricorn, and it’s time to restart a routine or those things you do regularly. Then the Moon transits through the signs of Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, and Taurus, while the Sun is in Scorpio. The Sun in Scorpio is concerned mostly with survival, getting through crisis, and tearing down to rebuild. This area of your life is about money, stability, and things you might have forgotten or left behind for one reason or another. It isn’t very easy, and typically a time for reflection, as you have started a new cycle that began with Pluto in your Sun sign a few years back. Maybe that transit took its toll.
The Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Capricorn are favorable, offering good timing and determination to take advantage of everything that comes your way.
The Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Aquarius force decisions between what's good for you and what’s good for everyone concerned. It can be violent.
The Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Pisces is a favorable period to go with the flow and unwind.
The Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Aries is another disruptive and aggressive time when people need to get to where they are going ASAP and disregard safety, perhaps.
The Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Taurus suggest opposites attract, and it could be time to have a pow wow and get on the same page again.
Since the week begins with the Moon in Capricorn, it’s time to buckle down and get serious! You get very good at being productive and allocating what you have and extending what you have, making things last, maybe.
That can be a theme on Oct.27th when Mars in Scorpio (Co-Ruler) inconjuncts the disruptor Eris RX and the wounded healer Chiron RX at 24° in Aries, your 4th house. The 4th house is about peace, your housing, household, family matters, and how you feel. It’s another pivotal house that takes energy to lift off from. Since Eris RX and the wounded healer Chiron RX are retrograde, their strength to do anything or jump into action is weakened as Mars in Scorpio inconjuncts the sign of Aries. But Mars is a helpful planet for you in Scorpio, bringing opportunities, which, of course, being a Capricorn, you will jump on.
Oct.28 Mars in Scorpio (Co-Ruler) trines Jupiter in Cancer at 24°, in your 7th house of relationships, working together, and partnerships, bringing family support or support for each other.
Oct.29 The planet of communication, information, and news, Mercury in Scorpio, trines Neptune RX in Pisces at 29°. Mercury ferrets out information that Neptune RX in Pisces may have forgotten about or, at worst, is hiding. Secrets can be revealed. This week, there are lots of wonderful aspects between Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces forming a complex but fortunate water trines. There can be a flow you experience with relationships, friends, your deepest and most secret hopes, and your intuition.
Oct.29 Mercury enters Sagittarius (Detriment). Mercury in Sagittarius (Detriment) is all about generalities and general possibilities, unlike Mercury in Virgo, which is all about facts, or Mercury in Gemini, which parrots information. Mercury in Sagittarius (Detriment) focuses on future or distant goals, thinking ahead, while blending the scientific with the religious. The thinking is that all paths lead to God. Mercury rules communications, news, information, gaining and passing on knowledge or information, real or fake. Mercury is the First planet to enter Sagittarius, your 12th house. You’ll need to pay attention and get lots of sleep to navigate the new transitions you’re about to experience. Maybe someone is leaving your life, and you’ll be alone again.
Oct.29 2nd Qtr. Moon in Aquarius at 6° this week, to our Full Moon on Nov. 5th
Oct.29 Mars in Scorpio (Co-Ruler) trines Saturn RX in Pisces at 26°, in your 3rd house of ideas, thinking, daily things you encounter, and your ability to communicate with others. This is bringing powerful energy to get things done. The combination of Mars and Saturn gets things done. What Things? Things from the past or that seemed too hard, confusing, or that you didn't want to deal with because of some insecurities. But Mars in Scorpio is direct and courageous. Can you think of something you were afraid to learn or try?
Oct.29 Mercury in Sagittarius (Detriment) opposes Uranus RX in Gemini at 0° in your 6th house (a Mercury-ruled house). Mercury is the lower octave of Uranus, but he’s in Sagittarius, where his mind is filled with lots of things, and mistakes get made. Uranus RX is retrograde in Gemini at 0°, a news-worthy degree, but it refers to errors or something that is said glibly or not planned well enough. Remember, Mercury will repeat these degrees, and Mercury in Sagittarius (Detriment) tends to put their foot in their mouth. You tend to keep your concerns and criticisms to yourself now. Your daily routine is about to change.

Nov.02 Venus in Libra (Ruler) opposes Chiron RX at 24° and Eris RX at 25°, influencing relationships. Venus rules love, romance, getting along with others, charm, and beauty. Wealth and money. Venus is another planet in the cardinal signs, putting a little pressure on you and your career or professional life. Connecting with the public and having your hard work and achievements get noticed is important to you.
Nov.02 Venus in Libra (Ruler) squares Jupiter in Cancer at 24°. A family matter or partnership, even a marriage issue, comes along and perhaps brings a related separation. These two planets are both beneficial planets, so while they are in a cardinal sign, everyone wants to be the boss or wants to be independent. Then you might realize the power of two, working together or blending resources.
There’s pressure on you to finish projects.
Nov.03 Venus in Libra (Ruler) inconjuncts the planet of delays and hardships, Saturn RX in Pisces at 25°. Since this is Saturn RX’s 2nd pass in Pisces, there are insecurities, delays, and a lack to be overcome. The 2nd and 3rd passes of Saturn get harder. Work to overcome insecurities about love or money. While it’s true you have achieved a lot, you might not get the recognition or hear that people appreciate you. In fact, they may want more from you.
Nov.03 The planet of action, taking the initiative, men, and Mars in Scorpio (co-rules) trines Neptune RX in Pisces at 29°
Nov.04 Mars enters Sagittarius. In your 12th house, many things can happen. Someone leaves you holding the bag, debts, or a mess to clean up. Or your life might get hectic. You might have work to finish before the Sun enters you’re Sun sign. Mars in Sagittarius is an all-around good sport with a love for activity, movement, and, of course, sports. There's a tendency to be frank and enjoy life freely, uninhibited by others. Mars in Sagittarius looks to the future and plans for the future. This placement of Mars tends to burn the candle at both ends, and doesn't worry that the light of the candle doesn't last forever. It's the light and the moment that count. Since the sign of Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, there; no restraint on actions because Jupiter sees everything as rosy and dreamy. But if the energy of Mars in Sagittarius can be used wisely, the boundless energy controlled by this placement can lead to fame and fortune. Here, you might make your dreams happen through hard work. At the same time, the sign of Sagittarius rules religion and higher education, and Mars rebels at established institutions and outworn dogmas. Mars in Sagittarius is drawn to positive thinking, metaphysics, and inclined to its own brand of living and truth-seeking. It's a good time while Mars is in Sagittarius to stop and figure out what you really want from life and what your goals are.
Nov.04 Mars in Sagittarius opposes the planet of sudden change, Uranus RX in Gemini at 0°, and you can have your irons in too many fires or make too many promises. There’s pressure on you that you probably put on yourself to do more and get more done. Are you already stretching yourself too thin? Just being active and trying new things, having to be two places at once, brings more excitement to your life. People begin to think about freedom and talk among themselves in a broad way. But we have to remember that in predictive astrology, Mars rules activity, taking the initiative, men, masculinity, war, the husband or boyfriend in a woman's life. Chart.
