Aries (Mar 20-April 20): As your astrology horoscopes week begins, so does a new chapter! In the span of 12 days, Uranus re-entered Gemini, where it will stay for 7 more years, and Pluto will retrograde in Aquarius for about 6 months as they switch influences over the air signs Gemini and Aquarius. The sign of Gemini becomes more dominant, and the genius of Aquarius not so much. You won't be so razzle-dazzled or even frightened by AI or new technologies. But you might be more curious about how to use emerging technologies in your daily life. That could be a new thing. Curiosity and learning take over. Your likes and dislikes change. Uranus rules likes and dislikes and on a major scale, influencing trends, fads, and things that take off on a big scale. We all like someone as a group and make them famous, and cancel them when we don't like them anymore. The Gemini is a mutable or changeable sign, the shapeshifter, doppelgänger who morphs into any situation and fits in anywhere, changing its mind on a whim.

You might have to polish your communication skills and be the one who opens the conversation or breaks the ice. You may start looking for people who are starting and who you can learn from. At first, getting used to Uranus in your 3rd house can be daunting. You may be hesitant and find your timing is either on or off. You'll get used to it.  

 Apr.28 The planet of love, romance, wealth, and beauty, Venus in Gemini, trines Pluto S in Aquarius at 5°, in your 11th house as he is about to retrograde, increasing your intuitive inspiration in artistic or creative pursuits or activities. Just as you meet someone and are about to fall in love, they go on an adventure to Africa, leave, or are drafted. Maybe you fall for someone who doesn't tell you exactly what's going on in their personal life, too. It could happen! This cosmic aspect favors new romantic purists and a relationship that uplifts or renews your joy and happiness. A new relationship regenerates your life. Pluto S stations with Juno, the asteroid goddess of matrimony and soulmates. So why Pluto S , why are you retrograding in a week? Oh, maybe because Uranus is now in Gemini and likes two of everything, even love interests, intellectual partners, and of course, sources of Money. Hhhmmm? 

Maybe you have been looking forward to being part of a group, only to find it's the off-season, no one is really around, or you go to a meeting, and everyone has their assignment until the next meeting.

May 1 May Day or Beltane, the halfway point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice! We always feel the subtle energy shift or minor change of direction that shifts our attention to something else.

 May 1, the Full Moon is in Scorpio (Fall), at 11°. Every Full Moon belongs to a family of Moon cycles: a New Moon that starts the cycle, a 2nd Quarter Moon that takes the cycle further, a Full Moon where things culminate, or end! Then a 4th Quarter Moon winds things down. This is true for eclipses, too. This Full Moon is the peak or culmination of a past cycle, or the cycle that started with the last New Moon. Astrology is about cycles. Full Moons can pull the oceans' tides and your emotions, too, causing what we all know as Lunar Madness. In Scorpio (Fall), the Full Moon is in its Fall, unable to express feelings and emotions without resorting to games and underhanded means. Oh my!

The sign of Scorpio is a fixed water sign, which the Moon can relate to because Cancer, a gentle sign, rules the Moon. However, in this case, the water is black, like that found in a swamp. You can't see through it. During the Scorpio Moon, people are drawn in because, as a species, we are intrigued by danger, perversion, power, death, and the mysterious. You may be unable to express feelings except in a very intense, provocative, hypnotic, and controlling way. In Scorpio, the Moon is instinctual and primordial, related to survival. The sign of Scorpio rules death and rebirth, and overcoming dire circumstances or facing them with courage. The Full Moon is in Scorpio (Fall), at 11°, bringing its intensity and determination to your 8th house. I am writing a whole book on the 8th house, so it's my forte! Here you face a challenge on your own. That's part of life. This is the area of the chart ruled by Pluto. So it's possible you have to face a financial situation on your own. It's all or nothing here. You give of yourself, your body, your mind, your Money, and sometimes your soul, or you take someone else's body, mind, and soul. It's rarely equal, and it's very fragile if it is. Equality is a 7th house thing! It's your shadow self, inner strength, passions, or that part of yourself you don't like, hide, or feel guilty about. You test your skills against another through sex,  power, power struggles, standoffs, and giving in or not giving in.

 May 1 Venus in Gemini, sextiles Saturn in Aries (Fall) at 9°, the combination of Venus and Saturn suggests you need to know where things are headed. This serious combination needs to get to the finish line in the areas of love and Money. In the sextile aspect, things may be headed in the right direction with Money or a serious romantic commitment! It's a promise ring, of course it is. But you could have multiple romantic opportunities as well as multiple sources of income! Could that be in your future? It's possible that a flirtation grows, or some of you see an opportunity to start a new business.

May 2, the planet of communication, ideas, news, and information, Mercury in Aries, is conjunct the wounded healer Chiron in Aries at 27°, and then Eris, the disrupter. We are fed up with bad news, news about violence, and the impulsive behavior of others.  No doubt Mercury will bring up old wounds to the places where you can help others but not yourself, or where you feel different or left out. Mercury is ending its transit through Aries and connecting to Chiron, who has been in Aries for about 7-8 years and will leave Aries in July. It could be time to change your appearance and fix some of the things you're insecure about.

May 2, The planet of communications, clear thinking, planning, and information, Mercury, enters Taurus, a slow-moving and deliberate sign concerned with Money, food, and luxuries, where it will make sense of the entire transit of Uranus in Taurus. Sure, it may take him years, but our attitude about the rich, the mega-rich, luxuries, food, health, and moral values could change. Mercury here asks questions and wants to understand things before signing on the dotted line. It's about Money, the bills, and reading financial documents or financial contracts.

May 4, your ruler Mars in Aries (Rulership) squares the planet Jupiter in Cancer (Exaltation) at 19°, disrupting home or family life for some. Someone may have a temper. If you have a disruptive family member, this aspect could antagonize things as emotions are not controlled. When Pluto changes directions, which he will do on May 6, violence can erupt. So, if you're in a situation where this is possible, be careful. You might miss the place you call home.

May 5: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Viva Miami!

May 5, the planet of communications, ideas, plans, information, and news, Mercury in Taurus squares Pluto S in Aquarius at 5°, as Pluto S is stationary or standing still in the cosmos, something doesn't sit right with you. Mercury wants to know what decisions you will have to make in the sign of Aquarius. Maybe what you will have to end or walk away from, too, can be a dream you want to fulfill, whose time has not come or is over. Maybe it's someone you want to be like and a group you want to belong to or be a part of, but feel like an outsider. Maybe you are not being told everything, or someone is trying to take advantage of you financially. The stakes are high, so be careful. A financial scandal could be in the works or in the news. Also, Money and technology are in the news, and maybe some whistle-blower has something to tell us. We may find out around May 6! What's ahead for you? Book a consultation with me! ©
