Leo: (Jul. 22-Aug. 23): Dec.13 The planet of action, taking the initiative, movement, energy, and men, Mars in Sagittarius, inconjunct Uranus RX in Taurus (Fall) at 29° the fated degree. This aspect can bring mounting discontent and protests over individual freedoms and the economy. Mars can be angry and violent at times, too.
The day starts with the malefic planet Mars at the fated degree of Sagittarius (29º), squaring the dubious Neptune also at the fated degree of Sagittarius (29º), who recently reversed directs and went direct.
It's under this aspect that there were two mass shootings or serial killings as Mars was inconjunct Uranus RX in Taurus—one at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and another at Bondi Beach in Australia.
Now here's what's going to happen or could happen. As the planets Mercury, Venus, the asteroid Juno, the Sun, and our New Moon in Sagittarius on Friday, December 19th, will also be in similar aspects to the planet Uranus RX in Taurus. Uranus can represent groups, financial disputes, impulsiveness, and paid mercenaries. Mars rules war, men, the husband in a woman's chart, and accidents or bloodshed. Aspects to Uranus RX in Taurus will go on through January 1st New Year's Day. In my research for my Book about serial killers, the sign of Sagittarius, the hunter, played a significant role in these horrible events. So, we are going to be alert and careful. Remember, the day of the New Moon in Sagittarius is also the day that Comet Atlas 31/A makes its closest approach to Earth. !
Dec.13 Mercury in Sagittarius sextile Pluto in Aquarius at 1°, with new opportunities that tend to make you feel amazing! It's easy to learn all the latest technologies now.
Dec. 13, it's 15 days after Venus opposes Uranus, Uranus RX in Taurus (Fall), A waxing and waning effect. It Comes, and it Goes. The Flow of the Influence. The Inevitable Tide. (Highlights the natural, constant rhythm)
And Rhythmic Fluctuation. It's cycles that matter in astrology.
This is the chart of Venus approaching an aspect with Uranus and then moving away from its aspect with Uranus. Venus rules money, wealth, love, gain, beauty, and marriage. The planet Uranus rules the unexpected, windfalls, and panic. Uranus can rule panic, reversing decisions or courses without notice, impulsiveness, overconfidence, freedom from doubt, and doing what others do.
Most personal planets make an approach to an outer planet, then aspect it, and then move away. It's called waxing and waning. You too see an issue coming, and then it comes and goes. Some problems in life are like that, too. Two weeks ahead of the dentist's appointment, you start to worry, and then the appointment happens, and then you recover and feel better. Except Uranus RX in Taurus (Fall) is about money and economic factors beyond your control.
Uranus RX in Taurus (Fall) also influences trends and what the masses or groups of people do, how they feel about money, investments, property, and assets—for instance, investors in the stock markets. When everyone gets excited about a new stock, everyone buys it, or buys on greed, and when earnings fall short, everyone sells or sells on fears. Investors get scared and pull out of a stock or the market, and the stock or the market tumbles.
A waxing and waning effect. It Comes, and it Goes. The Flow of the Influence and Inevitable Tide. (Highlights the natural, constant rhythm) and rhythmic fluctuation.
Dec.14 Mars in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces at 29°, and this aspect is highly sexual and deeply concerning. You can easily be taken advantage of by someone making big promises or even lying to you.
Dec. The Sun in Sagittarius inconjunct Jupiter RX in Cancer at 23°
Dec.15 Mars enters Capricorn (Exaltation). Here, two negatives make a positive with Mars, a malefic planet, in Saturn-ruled Capricorn!
Mars in Capricorn (Exaltation), the Superhero sign, with raw energy and sustained efficiency, brings courage, creates heroes, gives executive powers, self-assurance, and even some excitement, believe it or not. We don't always think of the sign of Capricorn as exciting or loving excitement, but when Mars is in Capricorn, he brings courage and pizzazz to the earthy sign of Capricorn. Your ambitions and hard-working nature just got a boost. You can even handle more responsibility and work harder than you ever thought possible. You might even make a few powerful friends now. Marriage and partnerships bring important changes to your life, and you might have an affinity towards older, more successful individuals. If your ambitions wane, your anger increases, you do corrupt things, are all around naughty, and disrespectful towards authority figures, then you know your planets are afflicted. Work on that!
Dec.16 The Sun in Sagittarius squares Saturn in Pisces at 25°. While the Sun is in Sagittarius, there is an optimistic spirit, a love for travel, and a sense of adventure. However, Saturn brings a more serious energy that may cause delays or even denial of vacation time. You might experience setbacks in your travel plans or face obstacles in pursuing your desires, especially with the South Node in Virgo. It's possible that you won't be able to get the time off from work that you need.
Dec.17 Mercury out of its retrograde shadow into new degrees.
Dec.18 Venus in Sagittarius trines Chiron RX at 22°, the wounded healer, and then Eris, and it's time to try to overcome painful memories and hurt feelings.
Dec.18 Venus in Sagittarius inconjunct Jupiter RX in Cancer at 23°, and your desire to go out and about is temporarily hindered by something happening at home. Your joyful spirit meets up with someone too emotional.
Dec.19 The Sun in Sagittarius inconjunct the planet if sudden surprises and events Uranus RX in Taurus (Fall) at 28°

Every New Moon starts a new cycle of activities, events, circumstances, and things to do. In Sagittarius, the New Moon begins with an adventurous spirit. The mood is expansive and adventurous now. Point your arrow and hope it hits its target! It's a big world with many people to talk to, and engage with, and places to explore. There's a love of sports and exercise, running, and walking. Like it or not, you might be facing a new adventure in your life. The Moon is the primary driver of tides, and the Sun plays a supporting role that creates dramatic variations in tidal strength throughout the month. When the Sun, Moon, and Earth align, during a New Moon and Full Moon phase, their gravitational forces combine to create exceptionally high and low tides called spring tides. Spring tides have nothing to do with the season. The average human is about 60% water, so of course, they are subject to the gravitational forces of a New or Full Moon.

Comets thus straddle the line between myth and science: once feared as harbingers of doom, they became crucial to advancing astronomy and understanding the solar system.
